WILL (Women in Learning and Leadership)

Women in Learning & Leadership is a 4-day training program held under Fostering Critical Thinking and Entrepreneurial Skills in Young Women for Gender Inclusive Socioeconomic Development  (FCTEW) to aware young women on women’s empowerment issues and solutions, develop critical thinking skills, impart economic empowerment and inclusion tools including design thinking, business communication. All these topics are covered via interactive workshops, simulation exercises, presentations, case studies and motivational/inspirational sessions.

Local women business and social leaders are engaged in the training to network with students and faculty. Moreover representatives from Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority (SMEDA), Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WCCI), First Women Bank,Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), incubators and entrepreneurial ecosystem are engaged to share experience and knowledge of business, policy/regulatory and legislative environments and help the students understand the concepts related to women and their role in socio-economic development.
